FLEX I/O Modules

AB-PLC/EOI/Ind.Comp
• Modularity of network adapter, I/O, and the backplane means   one I/O product line can fit your needs.
•  Compact design of hardware results in smaller cabinets versus     rack- based I/O.
•  Locating I/O near sensors and actuators eliminates long wiring runs,    reduces terminations per point, and decreases engineering and
    installation time.
•  Removal and Insertion Under Power (RIUP) of any FLEX I/O module     without disruption of any other modules makes it possible to replace or     add a module while keeping the rest of the system running, reducing     downtime.    More Information

WEATHERFLO Provides an Off-the-Shelf Drive Enclosure Solution for HVAC Integrators

Hoffman

This enclosure has a thermostatically controlled forced-air ventilation system for cooling drives or other high-heat producing control equipment in applications that require outdoor protection.

Features:
• Six sizes with factory-installed fan and filter (115 VAC) for an active cooling ventilation system that is sized with airflow designed for the drive’s nominal horsepower ratings. Customers don’t have to evaluate airflow requirements and modify the enclosure to install fan, filter, and vents.
• Terminal power connection with inline thermostat so the fan only operates when the temperature exceeds the set point.
• Easy access, washable expanded metal filter
• Top front hood exhaust and door intake minimize footprint. The top also serves as a solar shield virtually eliminating the solar load.
• Lift-off hinged door for easy door-mount component cutout configuration
• Largest two sizes constructed of aluminum to provide an approximately 100-pound weight reduction

EY SERIES - SEALING FITTINGS

Killark

The purpose of seals in a Class I hazardous location is to minimize the passage of gases and vapors and prevent the passage of flames from one electrical installation to another through the conduit system. Seals are required to be installed within 18 inches on any conduit run entering an enclosure
which contains devices that may produce arcs, sparks, or high temperature.

Where two enclosures are connected by a run of conduit not over 3 ft. long, a single seal located at the center of the run is considered satisfactory. Only explosionproof unions, couplings, elbows, and conduit bodies similar to “L”, “T”, and “X” type shall be permitted between the sealing fitting and the enclosure.
